Joel brings over 25 years of product and leadership experience from some of the world's most innovative companies. He served as VP of Product Management and Consumer Data at Disney, driving strategic product decisions for millions of users. He later joined Amazon as Director leading Prime engagement and member experience initiatives.

Throughout his career, Joel has been his extended family's go-to tech support, but his true passion lies in building products rather than troubleshooting them. This experience sparked his vision to create solutions that just work, without the complexity that often frustrates users.

Phil is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in AI/ML engineering and content systems. He served as VP at Fox Sports and Fox Broadcasting, where he spearheaded Identity and Content engineering initiatives. He later joined Apple, where he led AI/ML engineering efforts that personalized Siri requests on-device, enhancing user experiences for millions of customers.
